Writer’s block is the worst – especially when you want to write for Symmetry. Lucky for you, we have a list of potential topics that you can write about to show your communications expertise.

Remember, these are only suggestions! We’re open to any submissions relating to PR/communications, marketing, MSVU, professional development, and other related topics.


Tips and Tricks: How-to…

    • Write a news release, media advisory, PSA, etc. that gains coverage
    • Build relationships with journalists and bloggers
    • Find and use influencers to your advantage
    • Avoid making easy-to-make/common PR mistakes 

Feature/Profile Writing

  • Q&A with a PR professional, professor, former/current PR student, etc.
  • Campaigns or PSAs that have caught your attention
