It’s been a year of online classes, pandemic news, and Zoom calls.
Between all of the changes and uncertainty, our 2020-2021 Symmetry team successfully published 28 articles, presented to several online classes, and continued to showcase the talent of MSVU PR and communications students.
Now is your chance to add to this success and help us create, communicate, and collaborate!
Do you want to improve your writing, editing, social media, and graphic design skills? We are looking for MSVU PR and communications students to join our 2021-2022 editorial team.
As a Symmetry editor, you will:
- write and edit submissions for Symmetry,
- recruit and support student writers,
- create graphics and promotional materials,
- learn how to use WordPress,
- and assist with social media management.

- A writing sample
- A short explanation (approximately 200-350 words) about why you are interested in joining the editorial team and why you would be a perfect fit
The application deadline is Monday, May 31, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
If you are interested in getting involved but are not able to commit to joining the team as an editor, stay tuned for the publishing schedule to be released in September. We are always looking for article submissions!
