Since then, business has boomed and Alex and his team have expanded into different sectors such as the food and alcohol industry with East Coast Rum Soda and East Coast Chips, a collaboration with Covered Bridge Potato Chips.

McLean noted in the November 2020 Telegraph Journal article that “the chip brand was a staple for him growing up, so wanting to partner with Covered Bridge was an easy decision.”

The chips are set to be available in Sobey’s, Whole Foods, Costco.ca and Needs across Canada by the end of November. Stay in the loop by following their Instagram and Twitter pages.
